Doug Ferris is a consultant in HR / Industrial Relations, Operations Management and Strategic Planning, and has been involved in Community Development for over 25 years, and as a manager of Community Welcome Services on a national basis.

Doug is also actively involved in a number of community based boards.

After a career with the Department of Education spanning over 25 years, Warren Weir established North West Community Care (later to become Connections Community Development) with his wife, Cheryle, in 2000, implementing community strategies in new developments across Australia, and more recently launching CBE Inc along with Doug Ferris

Along with her husband, Warren, Cheryle established North West Community Care (later to become Connections Community Development), implementing community strategies in new developments across Australia, and more recently joining once again with Doug Ferris to launch CBE Inc.

Rohan works alongside Warren and Cheryle to bring about innovative new ideas for Community Development.

Previously working in the Film and Television Industry as a Producer and 1st AD, Rohans expertise is in management, organisation, streamlining systems, and making things happen.
