CBE (Community Building Enterprises) is the national extension of Connections Community Development, formed as a cooperative company with a national profile. The company has been established from our core growth areas of North West & South West Sydney and works with developers in the early stages of estates to build capacity, develop networks, design & exit strategies.

Community Building Enterprises Inc (CBE Inc) is an established provider of innovative and customised community development models within new and evolving residential areas of suburban Australia. We are a not-for-profit, community-based and people-focused organisation with a vision to facilitate and create rich vibrant communities that are a destination rather than just a place to live.

CBE Inc is headed up by Warren Weir, Cheryle Weir and Doug Ferris who have a combined experience of over 40 years in Community Development.
